I don’t know about anyone else but I’m not normally adventurous with my skincare routine. However, recently I have a new skincare crush and it comes in the form of Caudelie.
If you subscribed to my channel on YouTube, you saw that I visited the Glamour Beauty Festival last year. Whilst there, visitors were treated to small pampering sessions and enjoyed testing out some gorgeous products.
Each stand was offering a different treatment to showcase the new products they had on offer and I have to admit they were all thoroughly enjoyable. However, on the day Caudelie really did stand out to me as they offered a complete skin consultation. Using a device they took photos of skin particles to find out what the skin really required.
I found that my skin has some serious sun damage which I can imagine happened when I burnt my face quite severely whilst abroad. I don’t wear an SPF on a daily basis which the consultant informed me was quite dangerous. It was also shown that the skin suffers with dryness and that I needed more moisture. Naturally, this was something that needed to be addressed and they showed me products that would help heal the skin.
Normally, I use the Clinique Cleanser, but I find that it can be drying on the skin to use morning and night. By using the Caudelie Cleanser in the morning, it adds a further layer of hydration to the routine. I follow it with the 72 hour moisturizer and am set for the day with double hydration.
This was a product that I was sold on the second it touched my skin. It’s unbelievably soft and smells divine. This product works in two beneficial ways for me. The first is that it protects the skin from the sun by having an SPF built in. It’s also a moisturizer which will help with the dryness of my skin by providing additional moisture.
I have been using both of these products religiously over the last month and have found that my skin has improved and the redness has reduced in my pores. The ingredients are all completely natural and will be kind to all skin types.
I would highly recommend looking into the brand if you haven’t already. I hope you have enjoyed reading about my new skincare crush and would love to hear of you have tried any of the products before. Leave me a comment below and share any recommendations.
